Pumpkin Spiced Caffe Latte

This is the PERFECT Fall drink. It is warm, cozy, and pumpkin spiced to perfection! Also, who knew you could get that foam with no dairy products!

You could spend your future children's inheritance on sugar-loaded PSLs. However, this delicious treat is healthy and inexpensive.

Ingredients:

6 cups water

1 cup ground coffee

1 cup nut/soy milk (I used cashew milk)

1/4 cup raw cocoa powder

1/4 cup raw pumpkin puree

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Sweetener to taste (I added 1 tbsp coconut sugar to my cup)

Step 1: Combine ground coffee, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Brew as normal with 6 cups of water. (I used a French press, so I boiled my water and poured it into the press with the coffee ground mixture).

Step 2: In a large cup, combine nut/soy milk, and pumpkin puree. Using my frother, I blitzed the mixture until it doubled in volume. If you don't have a frother, you can use a blender or hand mixer.

Step 3: Pour the brewed coffee into a cup/mug. Pour the frothed mixture on top to revel a beautiful bubbly top.

Step 4: Add sweeter to taste and enjoy!
