Coconut Candy Clusters

Difficulty: Easy

Time: 20 Minutes

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (plus more for topping)

1/8 cup honey

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 30 second blasts, stirring between.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the coconut flakes, honey, and salt.

Step 3: Tightly pack the coconut flake mixture into a silicone mold (or use cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin).

Step 4: Drizzle of the melted chocolate over each section of the mold.

Step 5: Top with a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Place the mold/muffin tin in the fridge until the chocolate solidifies (approximately 5 min). Enjoy!
